Al Dente - Fresh Pasta

Service Description

We learn how to make fresh Italian pasta and assemble handcrafted ricotta ravioli in a brown butter and sage sauce, and a simple Italian salad to accompany our meal. Rampant Kitchen cooking classes are hands on and fun! We start each class with a little theory, and tips to use in your everyday life. We then go through the dish step by step as a class. This is a time for learning, expanding our skills and asking questions. Then it is time to eat! There is a dining area to sit family style and talk about what we have learned (and what else we want to learn next). All participants receive a dessert to take home on theme with the class
