Baking 101 - Pie in the Sky

Service Description

We will dive wrist deep into pie dough and go through the tips and tricks for tender, buttery crust, and learn about different types of pies and fillings. We will make a classic Apple Pie, and choice of Blueberry or Cherry. Rampant Kitchen cooking classes are hands on and fun! We start each class with a little theory, and tips to use in your everyday life. We then go through the dish step by step as a class. This is a time for learning, expanding our skills and asking questions. Then it is time to eat! There is a dining area to sit family style and talk about what we have learned (and what else we want to learn next).
