Coq au Vin - Cooking Class

Service Description

Coq au Vin is an excellent back pocket recipe to impress your guests at your next dinner party! We will make this classic dish, a bright spring French salad, and of course fresh baguette (and butter!). Rampant Kitchen cooking classes are hands on and fun! We start each class with a little theory, and tips to use in your everyday. We then go through the dish step by step as a class. Then it is time to eat! There is a dining area to sit family style and talk about what we have learned (and what else we want to learn next).
